JP Morgan is cutting 10% starting today.
They join Morgan Stanley, Goldman, and Citi in having cut at least 10% (more in the case of Citi).
In other unemployment news, claims for unemployment insurance during the week ending Nov. 8 reached over 4 million. The highest level since 1982.
